The staff, especially Alison at reception, were incredibly informative, friendly, and helpful. the rooms were tastefully decorated and new-fashioned where breakfast is served too kept by the very helpful staff. the staff served scrambled eggs, muffins, hot waffles and pancakes for breakfast.

The hotel offers modern accommodations and excellent services. It is conveniently located in the center of Desenzano del Garda, close to the lake, ferry, restaurants, and airport. Bianca Caffe is just a short walk away, which was a nice dining option during our stay.

The hotel staff speaks excellent English and the database staff have been very helpful. Bike hire is available for just €10 for 24 hours, which is a great deal. The location is on a quiet street but still close to the lake, shops, bars, and restaurants. The breakfast offered is very good with a nice assortment of options.
I felt really comfortable during my stay and have no complaints at all.
